Which cookies and similar technologies we use on mastersandmore.pl, and how to manage your consent.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files or other pieces of information stored on a user's device when using a website. They help ensure proper website operation, remember selected settings, analyse how the website is used and – where the required consent has been obtained – support analytics and marketing activities.
The website may also use technologies similar to cookies, such as pixels, online identifiers or other mechanisms that allow information to be stored on or read from a user's device. In this Policy, the term “cookies” also covers such technologies.
2. What categories of cookies do we use?
- Necessary – required for the proper and secure operation of the website or to provide a function explicitly requested by the user.
- Analytics and statistics – help us analyse traffic and how the website is used, in particular through Google Analytics 4.
- Marketing – used to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise advertising, create audiences and conduct remarketing, in particular through Meta Pixel.
- Third-party and functional – related to content and services supplied by third parties, in particular Google Maps, LangLion and Google reCAPTCHA.
Necessary cookies may be used without separate consent where they are required to provide the service or a function explicitly requested by the user. Other categories are activated only after the relevant consent has been given.

The list below covers the cookies and similar technologies used on mastersandmore.pl, grouped into the categories set out in section 2. The same list is available in the consent settings at the bottom of the page. Storage periods are set by the providers of each service and may change as they update them.

4. Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to create statistics, analyse website traffic and usage, and improve the website and our services.
Google Analytics 4 may process information such as pages visited, events performed on the website, time spent on the website, device and browser type, approximate location and technical identifiers.
Google Analytics 4 is activated only after consent to analytics/statistics cookies has been given. Consent may be withdrawn or changed at any time through the consent settings available on the website.
5. Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This technology allows us to analyse the effectiveness of advertising and selected user actions on the website, such as visiting a particular page, submitting a form or clicking a telephone number.
This information may be used to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise advertisements, create audiences and conduct remarketing on Facebook and Instagram.
Meta Pixel is activated only after consent to marketing cookies has been given. Consent may be withdrawn or changed at any time through the consent settings available on the website.
6. Google Maps
Google Maps may be embedded in the locations section of the website. Displaying a map may establish a connection with Google's servers and transmit technical data, in particular the user's IP address and information about the device and browser.
Where the operation of the map involves cookies or similar technologies that require consent, the map should only be activated after the user has given the relevant consent.
7. LangLion form and Google reCAPTCHA
On the “Enrolment” page, we use a form provided by the LangLion platform. The form is used, among other things, for course enrolment and for the online process of entering into an educational services agreement.
The form may use third-party services, in particular Google reCAPTCHA and Google resources. As a result, technical data such as an IP address, device and browser information and website activity may be transmitted to external providers.

8. Session and persistent cookies
- session cookies – deleted after the session ends or the browser is closed;
- persistent cookies – stored for a specified period or until they are deleted earlier by the user.
The exact storage period depends on the type of cookie and the settings and policy of the relevant provider.
9. Managing consent
On the first visit to the website, a consent banner is displayed allowing the user to accept, reject or customise optional categories of cookies and similar technologies.
The user may change or withdraw previously given consent at any time through the consent settings available on the website. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Refusing analytics or marketing cookies should not prevent use of the website's basic functions.
10. Browser settings
Cookies may also be deleted or blocked through the settings of the user's web browser. However, blocking all cookies may affect the operation of certain website functions.
11. Third-party providers and international data transfers
In connection with the use of services provided by Google, Meta, LangLion and other providers, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States.
International transfers are carried out in accordance with the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR, as applicable to the relevant recipient and destination country, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

12. Changes to this Cookie Policy
