Where confidence grows through language

Why Masters&More?

A coherent path from first words to final exams

At Masters&More we combine a coherent learning path, carefully selected programmes, small groups and ongoing methodological support.

Thanks to this, every student can develop their language skills at the pace that suits them, from their first words all the way to the Cambridge English exams.

Safety and the shape of the day

We walk children from school to their lessons

At selected locations, a member of our team collects the child from school and walks them safely to their lessons. This means parents do not have to arrange transport in the middle of the day.

Small groups

Usually 6–8 students in a group

We teach in small groups of 5 to 9 students, and most groups have 6–8. This gives every child room to speak in every lesson, and lets the teacher get to know each student's strengths and needs and give them the right amount of attention.

How we choose the group

Three routes to the right level

Choosing the right group matters greatly for the student's comfort, motivation and pace of progress. We match the qualification method to the course and to the time when the student joins.

  1. Online test

Our main level-placement tool for older students, sent after you sign up. The test assesses vocabulary, grammar and language comprehension.

  2. Consultation with our director of studies or a placement meeting

We organise these mainly before the school year starts, from late August to the third week of September. During the meeting we assess the student's fluency, previous experience and needs.

  3. Trial lesson

During the school year, depending on the programme and available places, a student can join a lesson with their prospective group and check whether the level, pace and class dynamics suit them.

The Savvy Ed and The Bearton Twins courses have their own qualification procedures. We will help you through them step by step.

For the youngest children, age and stage of development matter most. Older students are matched mainly by skill level, working pace and learning goals.

Learning from an early age

First experiences with a language last for years

A child's first experiences with a language have a lasting effect on their motivation, fluency and confidence. That is why we make sure learning is safe, engaging and matched to the child's stage of development from the very beginning.

We use the licensed Teddy Eddie, Savvy Ed and The Bearton Twins programmes together with Cambridge English materials. Children learn through full sentences, dialogues, stories, movement and play, so that English becomes a tool for communication from the start.

A child does more than simply learn the language. They also learn to speak, to try, to make mistakes without fear of being judged, and to take satisfaction in their own progress.

How do we work?

Four factors that hold it together

  • An experienced team and shared standards

The learning path leads from preschool age to the Cambridge exams, at the same school. Our teachers regularly take part in methodological training and work to shared standards, so students receive consistent support regardless of their group or location.

  • An atmosphere that supports learning

A good atmosphere does not mean lower expectations. It gives students the courage to speak, ask, try and take on more ambitious challenges without fear of making a mistake.

  • Ongoing cooperation with parents

Parents receive specific information about the material covered and their child's progress, individual reports and tips for supporting learning at home. We also organise open lessons.

  • Coursebooks included in the price

In the 2026/27 school year, coursebooks and course materials are included in the course price. If a student withdraws before the course ends, a fee of PLN 250 for materials is payable, in line with the contract.

  • Children with backpacks walking to their lesson, seen from behind
  • Students at an interactive whiteboard during a lesson
  • Children sitting by the window during a language lesson
Learning continues between lessons

The tools students and parents use

Regular contact with the language between lessons helps students consolidate what they have learned, build independence and develop fluency faster. The set of tools depends on the programme.

  • LangLion

schedule, attendance, payments, messages and information about the course and progress

  • Plac Zabaw

recordings, games and activities for the youngest children on Teddy Eddie courses

  • Savvy Quest

consolidating material and developing independence on Savvy Ed courses

  • The Bear App

activities for participants of The Bearton Twins courses

  • Cambridge One

exercises and materials for independent practice between lessons

  • Pearson

homework set by the teacher, online exercises and revision of the course material

Beyond group courses

One-to-one lessons and Cambridge exams

  • One-to-one lessons

Alongside our group English courses, we also offer one-to-one lessons in English, German and Polish for foreigners. The programme is tailored to the student's level, goals and working pace.

Confidence

Confidence grows together with the language

We care about more than a student expanding their vocabulary, using grammar correctly and achieving good results. It matters just as much that they can use the language with courage, ease and the conviction that they have something worth saying.

Confidence does not appear only once a student speaks perfectly. It grows with every successful attempt to speak, every recording understood, every text read, every task completed independently and every decision to speak up despite uncertainty.

Through consistent learning, good relationships and a safe space, the language stops being just a school subject. It becomes a tool for real communication, independence and opening up to the world.

We create English lessons students want to come back to, because they see their progress, feel noticed and use the language with more and more confidence at every stage.
